To become the Energizer Bunny…

…eat these top 10 power foods compiled by the Food Network

  1. Berries
  2. Citrus
  3. Vegetables
  4. Whole Grains
  5. Salmon
  6. Legumes
  7. Nuts and Seeds
  8. Lean Protien
  9. Tea
  10. Olive Oil

I do want my kids to be “power”-full . Can I get a Magic Bunny to make some of these more appealing so that the kids start asking for vegetables instead of candy?

  1. Except for salmon and lean proteins (deriving from meat), this is all pretty much my diet. I don’ even eat much junk, sugary, or fatty foods any more. Healthy foods all the way. 🙂

  2. Awesome Daijinryuu – it’s hard to eat healthy for a lot of people and people like you are in the minority
